2. Guaranteed results

For CV and cover letter writing and LinkedIn profile optimisation service, we guarantee you will get more replies to job applications compared to when you were doing it alone. This means we guarantee you will get more replies to job applications. If you get a positive reply to a job application, our guarantee has been fulfilled. Note: When you are interviewing, you are no longer depending on Linking Lines’ CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation services.

We guarantee you will see an increase in the first 4 weeks since you received your new CV and cover letter (and LinkedIn profile). You will also get a Job Application Tracker Sheet that you must use as this is how we will be able to track your success and see if we need to rewrite your CV and cover letter (and LinkedIn profile). Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of our guarantee. So, please, make sure you are using the JATS.

When applying to jobs, you must use your new CV and cover letter in an unchanged form; visually and verbally. This means that you should not make any preferential changes to the content or the format of the documents. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the forfeiture of our guarantee.

The same applies to the content for your LinkedIn profile we delivered.

Upon delivery of your new CV and cover letter (and LinkedIn profile), you have up to 3 days to review delivered documents/projects. In this period, you have to come back to us with feedback, outline what you’d like to change, and ask any questions you might have. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right not to implement any changes or discuss the project further with you. This goes for CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, as well as any other project we might work on.

We clearly outline in the delivery emails what is the purpose of our projects, be it a CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile content, or any other project we collaborate on. If you fail to read the explanations, we reserve the right not to engage with you any further.

If you’re requesting changes, you have to deliver exact data and reasoning behind it. Then, we will offer our expert advice on the requested changes and see if is there any need to implement them. We do not accommodate preferential changes and we deliver projects in an editable format for this matter (not applicable to translation projects).

Delivery times shall be respected by both parties – if the project you ordered/agreed on says that something will be delivered within a certain period of time, it will be done so. The time of the delivery cannot be estimated in advance, therefore, the project will be delivered while taking into the account the last email exchange which confirms that all information has been received. If a piece of information is missing, we cannot start working on your project.

If you order an incorrect package (meaning, you pay less than what you are supposed to pay in order to get our service), your order will be put On Hold and we will not start working on it until we receive the remaining amount. The payment link for the remaining amount shall be sent to you via email or social media, depending on where you are engaging with Linking Lines.

In a case of service cancellation, be it a result of incorrect package or any other reason, it is the client (you) who bears the cost of the cancellation fee. This is usually 3-5% of the service price. We reserve the right to change this at any given moment.

By paying the invoice for translation, localisation, and writing services through our payment links or actual invoice, you accept Linking Lines’ T’s & C’s.

By ordering a service through our website, you accept Linking Lines’ T’s & C’s.
